These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Dev's Coffee Bar LLC for use of our online store. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
The Dev's Coffee Bar online store is operated by Dev's Coffee Bar LLC ("Dev's," "we," "us"), a Washington limited liability company with cafes in Battle Ground and Camas, Washington. These terms apply to purchases made through our online store.
Placing an order
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from us. When you order, you agree to give accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. An order confirmation means we received your order, not that we have accepted it.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including when an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it.
Prices and products
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but roasts, colors, and packaging can vary. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Coffee subscriptions
If you start a coffee subscription, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You can skip, pause, change, or cancel anytime from your account. Changes made before your next billing date apply to the next shipment. We do not refund a subscription order that has already shipped.
Shipping and returns
See our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy (linked below) for the details on both. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand your package to the carrier.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think it has been compromised.
Our content
Our name, logo, the Sasquatch artwork, product photos, and site content belong to Dev's Coffee Bar and are protected by law. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The store is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dev's is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Washington consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and continuing to use the store means you accept the updated terms.
