Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders go out from our shop in Battle Ground, Washington, via the U.S. Postal Service.
Processing time
We usually pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee is roasted fresh, so during busy weeks it may take an extra day. You will get tracking as soon as your label is created.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going, so you always see the real rate. Orders over $65 ship free.
Delivery estimates
USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives in about 2 to 5 business days, and Priority Mail is faster. These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with weather and holidays.
Sales tax
Washington sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot cover orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that was given to us, though we will always try to help.
Delays and lost packages
Once a package is with USPS, delivery is in their hands, and occasional delays happen. If your package seems lost or stuck, contact us and we will help track it down and make it right.
