We want you to love what you ordered. Here is how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
Merchandise
Apparel, mugs, drinkware, stickers, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Email us for a return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is on you unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund your original payment method within about 5 to 10 business days.
Coffee and food
For food-safety reasons, coffee and hot sauce are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped. That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, stale, or incorrect, we will make it right — see below.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If something shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
Lost in transit
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, or it seems lost along the way, contact us. We will help trace it with USPS and make sure you are taken care of.
Subscriptions
You can skip, pause, or cancel a coffee subscription anytime before your next billing date from your account. We do not refund a subscription order that has already shipped, but if something went wrong, reach out and we will work with you.
