Home of Legendary Coffee & Mythical Vibes

Our coffee slaps, and there's a whole lotta Sasquatch energy going on. That's not by accident.

From Hustle to Heart

Our story started with Devyn Slagle — a coffee-loving, people-obsessed, adventure-seeking dreamer juggling three jobs (dog walker, nanny, and barista at Peet's) while grinding through college. Somewhere between pouring lattes and chasing dogs, she realized coffee is more than a drink. It's a ritual. A moment in your day that can turn everything around.

So in 2016, she opened Dev's Coffee Bar — pouring her heart into a place that wasn't just about caffeine, but about community, creativity, and a damn good cup of coffee.

Where Sasquatch Comes In

If you know the Pacific Northwest, you know Sasquatch is basically our unofficial mascot — mysterious, bold, a little wild. Kinda like us. The legend really came to life in 2019, when we started serving our handmade breakfast bagels. The biggest, boldest one? We called it The Squatch — and it became a symbol of what we were building: fun, a little different, and totally us.

A Family Hustle

That same year, life threw a wild one. Devyn and her husband Austin had just welcomed their first baby, Cooper, when Devyn faced unexpected health struggles — and Austin lost his job. With a newborn, a coffee shop to run, and no backup plan, they looked at each other and said, “Welp… guess we're doing this thing together.” They poured everything they had into Dev's, and kept showing up.

Grind with Passion

Great things don't happen without heart and hustle.

Pour with Heart

Every cup, every conversation, every connection matters.

Dream without Limits

Playing it safe was never our thing.

Since 2019, Dev's has grown to two shops and a team of 30+ incredible people — but more importantly, we've built a community. Every person who walks through our doors is part of this wild, caffeinated adventure. So from the bottom of our hearts: thank you. And if you're new here? Welcome to the family. Grab a coffee, try a Squatch, and make yourself at home.
